| Description: | The Santa Fe Opera's season includes La Traviata, a story with strong food and entertainment elements. We have teamed with Opera staff to create a lively and informative exploration of this opera. The menu inspired by food references in the operas and dining trends of the period includes: salade de haricots verts, French-herbed chicken and mushroom skewers, blanched asparagus, rillettes d'canard confit, creamy brie sauce, crème brulee to die for....and lemon shortbread cookies.
