| Description: | The Santa Fe Opera's season includes Don Giavanni, a story with strong food and entertainment elements. We have teamed with the Opera staff to create a lively and informative exploration of this opera. The menu inspired by food references in the operas and dining trends of the period includes: marinated artichoke heart and manchego bake, pan rustica, Spanish olive tapenade, preserved lemon shrimp with jamon serrano, hunter's wings and almond confetti. .
