Stuffed Tuna Jalapenos

Makes 6 to 12 servings

 

1 (12-ounce) can tuna

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/8 teaspoon prepared mustard

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon dried parsley

2 green onions, finely chopped

1/8 cup fresh celery leaves or a pinch of celery seed

1 medium can whole jalapenos

 

 

Prepare tuna with all ingredients except jalapenos. Mash finely with a fork. Cut whole jalapenos in half and seed. Fill with tuna mixture. Arrange in starburst pattern on plate.
