Pinon Orange Glazed Bananas

6 firm bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise

3/4 cup fresh orange juice

1/4 cup Gran Marnier

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1/3 cup pine nuts

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

Sour cream

 

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange bananas in shallow baking dish. Combine orange juice and Gran Marnier and pour over bananas. Dot with butter and bake 5 minutes, basting occasionally. Remove from oven and preheat broiler. Sprinkle bananas with pine nuts and brown sugar, and broil until sugar is melted and nuts are toasted, about 5 minutes. Serve warm with sour cream.
